Who we are

This website is operated by ROYALBURN STATION LIMITED ("Royalburn", "we", "us"), registered in New Zealand (NZ Company No. 6243321, NZBN 9429045976919), with a registered address at 464 Crown Range Road, Rd 1, Queenstown, 9371, New Zealand.

Using this site

You may use this site to browse and buy our products for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products in your basket. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing and currency

All prices are shown and charged in USD (US dollars). Shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are your responsibility.

Payments and chargebacks

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate payment details and not to use any payment method fraudulently. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we'll resolve it quickly, which is faster than raising a chargeback.

Fuel, charcoal and consumables

Our camp stove and BBQ kits are sold without gas canisters or charcoal. Fuel and charcoal are not included and must be sourced locally in compliance with local rules. You are responsible for using all equipment safely and lawfully.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Royalburn or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from outdoor use of our products, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other non-excludable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are sorted quickly and informally. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
